Terms and Conditions for Bands Performing
i) band members ideally will prominently be in the 11 – 18 age group. ii) Soundwaves will normally be divided into three performing slots
• 8.00 – 8.30 p.m least experienced in performing to paying audience
• 8.45 – 9.30 p.m. Headline act

d should be appropriate (language, content etc) for an under 18 audience
iii) only band members are permitted free entry
iv) this is an under 18 event and therefore adult parents / carers / friends will not be admitted. v) all electrical appliances / equipment will be electrically tested to ensure that there is no risk to the Stag equipment
vi) all bands will use the drum kit provided at the Soundwaves event to avoid lengthy change overs (this will either be on agreement of one of the bands supplying or Kent Music’s drum kit). viii) Photographs and film imagery produced on behalf of the Stag Community Arts Centre will be used for Soundwaves promotions; placed on a URL link and available to purchase. If bands do not want to feature in this there is an appropriate form to be signed by parents and carers. ix) band members should not throw any items into the audience
x) band members should arrive at the time advised for sound checks and only play within their allotted time slot. xi) all musical instruments and personal effects must be removed at the end of the evening and not left at the venue. xii) No alcohol or substances can be consumed on the Stag Community Arts Centre premises during the event. xiii) The professional technicians are there to support and assist in with the development of your performance. The Technical crew will have the final say on sound levels etc.
