The Green Room, Sawston Happiness on the High Street. A place to eat, drink, mingle & meet in the heart of Sawston Village. Opening Nov ‘21.

On selected evenings, we’ll be open for dinner and events. Offering a programme of interesting, entertaining and inspiring evenings.​

We've also designed The Green Room to be a venue for filmed and live broadcast / streamed events. We think this might be a UK first; a working café and kitchen that doubles up as live studio.

Hello old friends. How are you? 😉

Many of you will have noticed the agent's board that went up on the front of No. 80 a couple of months ago, and maybe noticed the new colour scheme that's starting to take shape. Well, we have some news....

We're TOTALLY DELIGHTED to announce that will be opening in the former Green Room space in the new year.

We had a lot of interest in the space but once we'd met Vicky, and heard more about Victor Victoria Coffee, we just kinda knew. You know how sometimes it's just the right fit?

Anyway, we're absolutely certain that if you were a fan of the Green Room that you'll love Victor Victoria Coffee.

So here's to a new year, new beginnings and more happy times at 80 High Street.

We're sad to announce that The Green Room is now closed until further notice.

It's been an incredibly difficult decision to reach and we know it'll come as a surprise to many.

We'll be taking some time now to consider options for the future; we remain committed to the space being part of a thriving High Street.

Thanks to you all for your incredible support over the last 8 months. Today is a sad day but closing in this way means we live to fight another day.

As and when the time comes we'll share any updates here, and with our email subscribers.
