What a day in Saundersfoot! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️✨

Yesterday’s triathlon brought such an amazing atmosphere to the village — it was so lovely to see Saundersfoot absolutely buzzing with competitors, supporters, locals and visitors! 🤍

A huge congratulations to everyone who took part — what an incredible achievement! 👏🏼

We feel incredibly lucky to have our little boutique & speakeasy right in the heart of such a beautiful, lively village. Days like this are what Saundersfoot is all about. 🌊✨

Well done to all the athletes — we hope the legs aren’t hurting too much today 🤍

And then… Hourglass came to life. 🥹✨

After all the dust, decorating, deliveries, late nights and “are we actually going to get this finished?!” moments… we opened the doors.

And what a few weeks it has been ✨💕

Coffee in the mornings, jewellery and treasures being discovered, cocktails, permanent jewellery and our first events! 💃🏼✨ there has been familiar faces and so many lovely new ones 💕

We genuinely can’t thank everyone enough for the support you’ve shown us since opening💕 Seeing the space we imagined actually being enjoyed is the best feeling in the world 🌍 ✨

We have SO much to show you — the boutique, the speakeasy, permanent jewellery, new arrivals, drinks, events and everything else we’ve been quietly getting on with 💕
But for now just know….

Well… we disappeared for a little while 🤭🥂

We had every intention of keeping you updated throughout the renovation… and then somehow renovating, moving, opening, summer holidays and Bank Holidays happened all at once 😂

The last few months have been an absolute whirlwind, and social media (and sleep😂) very quickly ended up at the bottom of a very long to-do list…

But behind the scenes, we’ve been creating something we’re incredibly proud of 💕✨

From an emptying Periwinkle and a LOT of work… to seeing Hourglass full of people enjoying coffee, cocktails, jewellery, shopping and evenings with us — it’s been pretty surreal ✨

So before we properly catch you up on everything that’s happened, here’s a little look at where it all began… ❤️
