Alan Staley, owner and Head Chef, and his wife Hayley have a wealth of experience in the catering and hospitality industry, including fine dining, luxury private catering, chic cafes, bars and brasseries. Having fulfilled dreams of running fine dining kitchens, Alan and Hayley would now like to focus on good, unpretentious
