π― Sunday Night Darts at The Railway Arms, Brotton π―
Sunday night saw us say goodbye to Vault 17.0 and also complete the first vault in our new home at The Railway Arms.
Firstly, we'd like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout this vault. From the players who took part each week, to our sponsors, and everyone who came along to watch and support you've all helped make Vault 17.0 another fantastic success.
Now, back to the action...
A total of 24 players took to the oche, and with some incredibly tough competition throughout the night, only 8 players managed to make it through the group stages
Quarter Finals
Charles Winspear defeated Simon Laity 3-0
Carl Merryweather took on mr Steel Darts Redcar himself and secured his place in the semi-finals
Dave matthews overcame Ben Winspear, ensuring we wouldn't see an all-Winspear final
Jordan Matthews and Adam Winspear played out a fantastic match that went all the way to the deciding leg, with Jordan booking his place in the semi-finals
Semi Finals
Charles Winspear vs Carl Merryweather
Jordan Matthews vs Dave Matthews
Both semi-finals finished 3-1, but who would battle through to the final?
The Final
A final we've seen before, although not for a few weeks. When these two meet on the big stage, you know you're in for some quality arrows.
Charles Winspear vs Jordan Matthews
Winner: Charles Winspear
Runner-Up: Jordan SuperBear Matthews Darts results
Congratulations to Charles on another fantastic performance, and well done to Jordan for another great run to the final.
A huge well done to everyone who took part throughout the evening and across the whole of Vault 17.0.
While the Vaults take a short break before Vault 18.0 begins, we'll be running our Mid-Vault Ranking Series. If you've been thinking about giving our vaults a try, now is the perfect opportunity.
All entry money is paid back out in prize money.
See you all at the oche on Thursday! π―
