Our events Calendar is ready!! Make sure you book your spot in the field as we are already half way full for our May Festival!!

This year we will go beyond our Standards and we will introduce at least 50/60 still ciders and a minimum of 40 real ales over the 3 days of the Festival!

Over all we will have at least 70 ciders and 65 beers on different bars.
3 Bars, BBQ of course as every year.
We will bring 85% new beers and ciders and some old classics that you loved!

We heard you last year and we booked extra toilets so we wont have long qs!
Our team is ready for ninja service and we only hope for good weather. (We have Marquees if things go wrong so dont worry about that either!)

What can i say... Best Cider Pub of the year 2026!!! 🚀🚀🚀
Winning 4th year in a row Best cider Pub of the Year is a huge compliment.
I would like to thank CAMRA for this, all of you that keep supporting us and ofcourse my beautiful team that always deliver the best service!

As you may know Cuckoo now has a small sibling called The Albion Inn Verwood The Albion Inn Verwood . We are trying to make a few more locations and give our real hospitality and heart to more locations. A few people thought we are leaving the Cuckoo or i will not support it as much. The exact opposite!
I would like to say that we are very happy and instead we will continue to deliver great ciders and ales in our pub!

So we are increasing slowly the amount of ciders we have from 20/25 to 35/40 ciders for Spring and Summer.!! We will have minimum one to two guest ales every week and more on high season!
We continue to serve good quality homemade food and we did make a few changes as well!

We had a lot of damages this year but i am working very hard on fixing all of them and keep our lovely Cuckoo in highest standards.

Be ready as we will have our Festivals and Pride and Joy meets as every year!!

Spring is officially here!!!
What a beautiful day we had.

Greek Thursdays are coming to an end. We will do Thursday 26th of February and last Greek Thursday will be 5th of March!

Unfortunetely due to most roads if not ALL roads been flooded our Cuckoo today will be shut. Hopefull it will dry out tonight and we will be back open tomorrow!

Hello Cuckoos!!!

Is this time of the year! We lit up the fire and we start our Greek Thursdays!!

This Thursday 20/11 Come along for a greek meal alongside our normal menu 🙂🙂

This week we will have:
Beef Stifafo, Moussaka, Lamb Kleftiko, Souvlaki wraps, Yeero and many starters and Greek desserts!

Greek deal: 3 Courses and 1 drink for £28.00!

Our Conker Championship is almost here!

This Sunday 26th of October at 3pm we are doing our Annual Conkers Championship!
Entry is optional £1-2 and all profits will go to our local charity boxes.
Conkers will be supplied from us so we can avoid cheating!

Weather will be good so bring your best smile and lets play some conkers!
Winner will have a spot to the Cuckoo shield of fame for Eternity!!!

Can't say much about the last few days. What an amazing and beautiful festival we had...
Good food, good drinks, nice tunes and beautiful people with a lot of energy...

I would like to thanks everyone that visited us this festival and will renew our date for the next Beer Festival on May 2026!

As always some beers are left behind but are still very fresh!!
We hate wastage so we have a great offer like every year. All festival ales are £3.50 / Pint for the next few days!
