It’s lunchtime .. it’s afternoon snack .. it’s quiz night fodder

What ever the moment tasted cauliflower, tahini, pomegranate and dukhha may be the answer

Or maybe it’s a Caesar, a brisket burger, a ploughman’s, devilled mushrooms on toast or a lemon posset

The question’s are which of the above and then what to drink with it!?

Tamas has added some spring treats to the menu .. as the weather warms up and the rain disappears .. really!?

On the sharing boards we have vegetarian spring rolls and crab cakes with sweet chilli sauce to accompany some old favourites

New sandwiches for lunch include Black Cow Cheddar w tomato chutney and rocket as well as a chicken & bacon Caesar on ciabatta

For a small plate we have a spring vegetable bowl, devilled mushrooms on toast w a poached egg, king prawn tacos and a trio of chicken wings .. that’s a hot, a bbq and a crispy one!

For those with more of an appetite .. a delicious sweet potato, broad bean and swede pithivier, maple syrup roasted chicken w champ mash and our new brisket burger .. it’s a banger!

Hope that tempts you down to ours especially as this weekend is super Saturday for rugby fans and Mother’s Day for family fans on Sunday!
