Have just sent out a email RE: outdoor training please reply asap thanks. See you all tues... any suggestions for this weeks playtime.. time to move on from volleyball me thinks! x

Thanks to everyone who replied to the outdoor email, will hopefully have it sorted and be able to update you all tomorrow at training. Numbers were a little bit low last week, and i know i did say it was optional, but would be great to know if you can/cant make it in advance.. only takes a few minutes to send a txt/email!! So into week 5 of circuits, hope you are all starting to see/feel an improvement.. remember you can replicate most of the stuff we do at home lol!! again, any suggestions for playtime most welcome! see you all tom at 6.30 xx

Well ladies, just a quick snoop thru the sheets today.. well done everyone! Think that is the first time i have ever heard u guys ask if we can keep going a peedie bit longer lol!!!
