THE FILM-

Still feeling the magic from the Sussex Seals Supper Club in collaboration with Rebecca Marshall ✨

It meant a lot to share the raw film footage as an immersion into the Channel crossing together — watching as an exclusive preview with the Seals themselves (also watching for the first time!) made it all the more powerful.

This project is growing into something close to our hearts: a filmpoem about courage, friendship, and the wild, mysterious sea itself

We’ll keep you updated as it evolves. For now, just thank you for being part of the journey.

THE FOOD-
Another wonderful supper club collab with ....We had so much fun designing the menu around our very own channel swimmers journey from Dover to France .
Fish n Chips, Refined Pot Noodle😂 and a French Biscoff 'lighthouse' dessert! Thank you to everyone who came and contributed to the fundraiser for Between Shores-the film in the making.

We are thrilled to bring you another Supper Club in collaboration with to celebrate and fundraise.

Last year five of our loved ones swam The Channel! 🌊

Come and meet the remarkable women behind the story — The Sussex Seals — and celebrate their incredible achievement at this Supper Club on the 25th April. We will be creating a meal that reflects the various 'delights' the team experienced along the way.

Filmmaker Rebecca E. Marshall documented the entire journey from the support boat, capturing every moment of this extraordinary crossing.

The team is now raising funds towards
post-production and completion of the film.

By attending, you’ll be directly supporting their endeavour whilst eating and drinking..... what's not to love? ❤️

WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE NOODLE DISH?? 🍜

this one is the Shaanxi regional biangbiang noodle with a sauce made from fermented chilli bean paste, mushrooms, Shaoxing wine, ginger and a few other bits n bobs. The noodles are hand stretched and thwacked on a surface... hence the name biangbiang! Have you tried these noodles?

End of winter salad to chase the blues away....Radicchio, blood orange and fennel -with a dash of angostura bitters in my dressing for a spice zing to bring out the orange 🍊vibes. Radicchio is such an beautiful ingredient that deserves to be eaten more.🐛
