We’re on the lookout for some new blood to join our ever growing team. Front of house and kitchen positions available. Full training supplied for kitchen roles, experience preferable for FOH. All positions available with an immediate start, with potential for a permanent position with us at Silco for the right applicants.
While the main focus will be our restaurant in St Ives, we have recently expanded our little business into a selection of pop-ups, festivals and private catering in general, meaning no two weeks will be the same.
Perks include (but not limited too), 50% off all food, drink and the SILCo drinks range. A free beer, GnT or glass of wine at the end of a shift and a free staff meal during double shift’s. Not to mention the tips are incredibly competitive (around £8 - £10 per hour during the summer months 🥳).
We’re also looking for some new team members at our pop-up kitchens . It’s a great place to work, with a good team already in place we just need a few more like minded souls to make sure we smash the summer months. Again though, there is potential for permanent positions for the right candidates.
