3 years ago a young lad called Alfie was messaging me asking for a job, at the time there was no jobs available. As the pub got busier and busier I realised we needed a glass collector so this young lad messaged again so I decided to give him a trial shift.
During his trial shift he told me he had been brought up in pubs and always wanted a pub of his own.
So I gave him the job, he possibly smashed more glasses than he washed 🤣🤣 but what a credit to our team!
3 years going forward and I've tried to teach Alfie everything I know about running pubs and he's now ready to venture onto a new role as manager in another pub, we are proud of you!
So lets all get together and throw him a leaving party!
Friday 25th September from 7pm we have Dave Brown hosting Alfie Dilsworth leaving party, lets show him how proud we are 🥰👏👏
