Tonight, we were reminded of the true magic that was behind our little cocktail bar—the people. 💛
This evening, we welcomed one of our beautiful bar families, Amanda, Darren, Ed and Ollie to our home. What started years ago as a friendly hello across a campsite field turned into laughter, cocktails, shared stories, and now, a friendship that continues to grow.
Though we made the decision to step away from the park after four incredible summers, the spirit of the bar lives on in evenings like this. For us, it was never about business—it was always about connection. Bringing strangers together over a Sunset Spice or an Apple Tiki Fizz and watching friendships form before our eyes, that was our reward.
We’ve always had a lot going on behind the scenes, our jobs, the house build, and a growing family (as many of you already know!), but the bar was our passion project, one we gave our hearts to, and one that gave us so much more in return. The friendships. The memories. The laughter that still echoes every time we mix a drink for old friends.
We are also really looking forward to August, when more of our lovely bar families will be joining us at home for a little reunion party, a celebration of loyalty, laughter, and everything this journey has meant to us.
So once again, to every one of you who supported us, visited us, laughed with us, and became part of our cocktail family, thank you. You’ll always be in our hearts and forever welcome in our home.
