Hi all as most of you may be aware,,(if not where have you been),The world cup is upon us,here at the Black Boy where I have had the great privilege and pleasure to be for approaching 25 years to be at the helm.
We shall be operating a strict admittance. Policy
This is out of respect for my neighbours whom support me all year round,not just 4 weeks every 4 years.
Any England games that commence after 9pm.shall NOT BE shown in our covered outside area (INSIDE ONLY)
Internally it shall be regulars,and their friends or family and people that are know to us.
Our first game against Ghana shall be shown in our covered area.
And depending on our position after the group stage will depend on who we play and where you will be able to view it.So Please do not turn upon expecting the games to be shown on all our screens, it will depend on the kick off time.
And once again the guidelines shall be implemented

Its Friday which means the weekend starts today at the Black Boy at 6pm its the Free Pizza Giveaway every Friday and Saturday all year round.At 7pm its Pete's Play Your Cards Right with the Jackpot currently standing at £2200 after giving away £1500 three weeks ago.
We will have all your live sport throughout the weekend including the 2026 World Cup and the Formula one Catalunya Grand prix from Barcelona.
On Sunday its Bricket WoodFest Week 2 with the fantastic "MCVICAR" 4pm-7pm in the garden, the BBQ will be ones get yourself down for a great weekend of live sport and live music.

Today sees the start of Bricket Wood music at the Black Boy,we are going to have it in the garden,but if the sun doesn't appear it will be in our covered area.The BBQ will still be on,this is our 23 year and we have 14 weeks with 14 great bands, today sees a Bricket Wood debut for "HALF LIFE" with a great mix of fantastic classic covers,dont miss beat here at the Black Boy.
Its the only place to be for great live music, live sport and entertainment.

Its Friday which means the weekend starts tonight at the Black Boy at 6pm every Friday and Saturday throughout the year its the Free Pizza giveaway at 7pm its Pete's Play Your Cards Right,after giving away £1500 3 weeks ago the Jackpot still stands at one of our biggest ever £2100,we shall have all your lives sport throughout the weekend,including The Monte Carlo Formula one grand prix.And also on Sunday its back 14 great weeks,14 great bands Bricket Wood music is back for its 23rd year, first up are new comers to Bricket wood music "HALF LIFE" our garden is not completely finished and our outside bar will be opening towards the end of the month, until then table service will still be in operation.

It,s Friday which means the bank holiday weekend starts today at the Black Boy.
At 6pm every Friday & Saturday throughout the year it's the original free pizza giveaway.At 7pm its Pete's Play Your Cards Right,after giving away £1500 last week the Jackpot is still sitting at at £2000.
