Summer’s finally over, which means only one thing - it’s time for you to decide your favourite, and the winner of the chefs special competition! All you have to do is comment below which pizza you’d like to see on the menu over winter, one with the most votes gets a permanent place on our winter menu.
1. Luca ‘Dough-Chi-Minh’.
A Fior di Latte base with Vietnamese style marinated pulled pork, topped with pickled carrot & radish, lemongrass, chilli oil and coriander.
2. Ethan ‘Garuda Gaeng’
A coconut Thai green curry base, roast sweet potato, shallots, lemongrass and ginger topped with red chillies and coriander!
3. Jordan ‘Jam First’
A chilli jam base, charred apricots and speck, topped with Cornish stracciatella, rocket and pickled chillies!
4. Vince - ‘Ohhhhhh Ferran;
A roasted pepper and cream pesto base, Serrano ham topped with caramelised goats cheese and panko!
5. Sennen - The Cortana’
A smokey Tuscany inspired cream and sausage base, roasted red peppers, sun blushed tomatoes finished with fresh basil!
6. Andrea - ‘Polpette Pls’
A marinara base, handmade pork and beef meatballs, a herby green drizzle topped with grated pecorino!
7. Nicky Denim - ‘The Big Mak-in’
Scamorza cheese base, grass fed ground beef, shredded baby gem, sliced gherkins topped with burger sauce and crispy onions!
