Yesterday we completed our 18.4 mile walk from Establo and made it to Brighton 40,000 steps later 🤩

What a walk it was; we endured a lot of rain 🌧️ but ended in Brighton with the sun shining ☀️and team smiling 😊 but most importantly raised money for our charity St Peter and St Paul’s pantry, Rustington 🧡

And that’s just the start, we still have our sponsored walk 🚶 from Rustington to Brighton which is taking place TOMORROW 🗓️
Team members from Establo will be starting the trek at 8:30am and will be aiming to be in Brighton by 6pm 🕕 with much needed pit stops along the way, but they need all your backing so any donations are appreciated ☺️

It’s been a whole week already since our team attended Loungefest 🎪 and let their hair down for the day 🎡
We had the sunshine 🌞 , drinks 🍻, food 🍔, music 🎶 , (and just a little 5 hour coach ride each way 🥲) but had such fun and are now fuelled and ready for summer and can’t wait to shake your cocktails🍹and deliver you your food 🥘

Introducing some of our favourite regular pups 🐶

Cooper, Tilly and Buster are just a few of our 4 legged friends that make each shift brighter ☺️ we love saying hello to all our regular pups as well as any new paws 🐾 that walk through Establo’s doors 🤎

Here at Establo we are dog friendly 🫶🏼, they are welcome upstairs, downstairs, outside and are always welcome for a cuddle and treat, we just ask for paws 🐾 to stay on the floor

Not sure what to try on our menu, how about our panang duck curry 🍛 Shredded duck, rice, plus a little kick 🌶️, and why not add some garlic flatbread too?
Sounds pretty good to us 👌 We definitely recommend giving this one a go!!

Throughout June we will be raising funds for a fantastic cause within our community- St Peter and St Paul’s Pantry.

12 of us are taking part in a sponsored walk from Rustington - Brighton on the 18th of June, if you would like to donate we have a link in our bio or charity collection tins on the bar.

We also have Guess the name of the Jellycat, the winner gets to take it home, and guess how many sweets in the jar, to win the jar full of sweets. All proceeds go to the Pantry.

So please join us this month and support such a fantastic charity.
