Whether you’re a total beginner or brushing up your moves, these fun-filled classes are bursting with energy, laughter & vintage vibes!
7–8 PM – SoulSwingJazz Fitness
A high-energy, feel-good workout blending swing, soul & jazz-inspired moves!
Think vintage strolls, upbeat rhythms, and heaps of sass.
No gym kit needed — just comfy clothes & your best smile!
8–8.45 PM – Swing/Jive Beginners Class
Perfect for newcomers or those wanting to refresh the basics!
Learn classic Swing & Jive steps in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
No partner? No problem! We rotate partners so everyone dances.
9–9.45 PM – Beginners Balboa Dance - Balboa is a stylish dance, made up of small shuffles with either up or down holds, often danced to fast music! Suitable for everyone.
Great for social dancing, meeting new friends & having a blast!
