Willow Brook Townswomen’s Guild started in 2009 as a small group of ladies who wanted to make new friends, discover their local area and get involved in events and activities in Bradley Stoke. The Guild’s varied evening programme of activities includes interesting talks, party nights and craft evenings, not to mention the annual Christmas party with festive fayre and entertainment! Past meetings

have included a fashion show, Hawaiian evening, bee keeping talk, Women’s Land Army talk, and seated Zumba! The Guild lays on a range of additional informal activities including a book club, a ‘meet and chat’ coffee morning, guided walks around the local area (weather permitting!) and an opportunity to get together and socialise over a delicious pub lunch. The Guild also organises regular trips and outings and members can also get involved with demonstrations and events organised by other Townswomen’s Guilds in the Bristol area. Willow Brook Townswomen’s Guild meets on the second Tuesday of each month, 7:30 to 9:30 pm at the Jubilee Centre, Bradley Stoke. For further information please contact Jannice on 01454 615040, or visit the Guild’s page at www.facebook.com/WillowBrookTG. We are always happy to welcome new members and guests – do come along and meet our friendly ladies who will be there to greet you. The evening programmes for 2021 and 2022 can be found on our official webpage below.

Good afternoon Ladies. Well we have arrived at the end of November and a busy month it was. We started with our Craft Evening on the 12th Nov which saw us all create Christmas decorations with guidance from Ally Storey. A big thank you to her and to Jannice for arranging the large raffle.
Book Club was on the 27 Nov followed by our Ladies Who Lunch at the White Horse, Hambrook. From the feedback we have received everyone was pleased with the venue and the meal was excellent.
