It’s our first time snagging some Boulanger & Allante here at Kabinett, but since trying these wines years ago in San Diego I’ve been on the hunt to get some of these on the shelves.

Mathieu Allante and Christian Boulanger have been working at the famous Domaine Labet for over 15 years, alongside Charline, Romain and Julien Labet. All the while, they’ve been building their own vineyard , securing small select parcels across Jura over the years.

Inspired by Masanobu Fukuoka and his philosophy of natural farming/ permaculture, they’ve taken risks and worked their vineyards naturally from day one.

These wines are powerful, vibrant, and utterly enthralling. Quantities are minuscule and our allocation is no different so act quickly if you’d like a taste.

Join us this June for some incredible drops of wine & wonderful beer. Our Sunday Flights are starting out of the gates strong with the famous ‘Staff Picks’ and Champagne tasting. We’ve got the next installment of our Wine School, with an in depth look at the wines of the Southern Rhône. As this course continues we will delve further into the world of wine.

This is for all wine lovers and those who’d just like to learn a bit more about their favorite tipple. We’re covering topics such as how wine is made, wine making techniques, regional overviews, and producer deep dives with a view to make wine more accessible and fun 🎉.

Join us this May for a month full of delicious wine & beer. Our Sunday Flights are looking pretty fun this month, featuring wines from the US, Jura, Sparkling wines, and a special selection for the 10th. We’ve got the second installment of our Wine School, which, after popular demand, will be review of how to assess wines and blind taste. In the next month, we will look to go a bit more in depth into specific regions.

This is for all wine lovers and those who’d just like to learn more about wine. We’ll be covering topics such as how wine is made, regional overviews, and producer driven deep dives in a view to make wine more accessible and fun 🎉.

Thrilled to have visited the amazing .wine and sampled the 2025 lineup (including the new Pinot Noir)! If these early tastes are anything to go by, the new vintage is going to be phenomenal. George is killing it in the Cotswolds and I think we’re getting an early glimpse of one of the future stars of English wine.

We still have some of the 24 vintage available in store, so if you’ve not yet tasted these wines, then do yourself a favor and pick some up while you can.

Join us for month chock-full of great wine & beer! Oof! Our Sunday Flights are are looking pristine this month, featuring Bordeaux, Chenin Blanc, and Burgundy😍. We’ll be pulling out the big guns 💪 so don’t miss out. Along side our Sunday staples, we’ve got our wine & pizza night as well our cheese and charcuterie evenings back. Finally we’ll be dipping our toes into the education game with the first in, hoepfully, a longer series on all things wine with Kabinett Wine School.

Now landed: Benoit Moreau is the real deal! After years of working with his family, he's struck out on his own and is producing some of the most exciting wines in Burgundy. With a focus on biodynamic principles and minimal intervention, his wines are not only stunning but also authentic.

I heard it said that buying Benoit now is like buying Coche twenty years ago, and I couldn’t agree more. If white burgundy is your bag then these demand a spot in your cellar.
