🤣🤣 Oh, how generous! An extra hour from the Government!

Reminds us of when they reduced VAT from 20% to 5% on selected attractions and children's meals over the summer. 😂

For a moment, we thought WOW! Finally, a bit of help for families and small businesses! 👏

Then September arrived, and out came Jim Bowen from Bullseye…

🎯 “LET'S HAVE A LOOK AT WHAT YOU COULD HAVE WON!” 🎯

BANG! 💥 Back up to 20%!

Cheers, Government. Nothing like giving us a taste of financial breathing room before kicking us straight back in the teeth! 🤣

Anyway, enjoy your extra hour, everyone. They'll be wanting that back in March too! 😂

STRIKES SOCIAL, RUGBY

22/09/2026

🚨 THE LAST TRIP CHANGED EVERYTHING… SO HERE WE GO AGAIN. 👀✈️

Just a heads up that Strikes Social AND The Adventure Zone will be CLOSED this Wednesday 23rd & Thursday 24th September (opening Thursday evening from 6pm for a private event for the Rugby Lva Darts)
We’ll be back open Friday 25th September as normal. 🎳🍻🛝

So… why are we closed?
Because we’re heading back to IAAPA EUROPE, one of the biggest attractions and entertainment shows in the world. 🔥

And this is where it gets interesting…
The last time we went to this show, we came back with ideas that completely changed our business.
Those ideas helped create the venue you all know today.

Strikes Social. Bowling. Crazy golf. Darts. Games. A completely different experience to what we had before.

All from one trip. 👀
So now we’re going back.
And naturally, there’s one big question…

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO COME BACK WITH THIS TIME? 😏

We’ll be testing new attractions, trying new technology, looking at the latest games and probably seeing a few things that make us think…
“Yep. We need that.” 😂

Could it be a new attraction? A completely new area? Something nobody else around here has?
Who knows… 👀

But after what happened following our last trip to IAAPA, we’d definitely keep an eye on this one.
The last trip changed everything. This one could do it all over again. 🔥

See you Friday ❤️
