Our Dr Eamers Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur!

This product is a game changer. Designed to allow you to upgrade your cocktail game by making the perfect Espresso Martini.

Both simplifying and perfecting this cocktail, Dr Eamers Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, gets rid of the need for Vodka, Coffee Liqueur and Espresso by combining all of this into one premium product. Made with our premium English Pot Distilled Vodka, 16 hour cold brew coffee made from 100% Arabica beans, madagascan vanilla and organic blossom syrup.

All you now need is 75ml of this and 25ml of water. That's it! Shake with ice and get the perfect Espresso Martini with the perfect creamy head, right down to the last sip. Not only does it make the best Espresso Martini but it is also great neat over ice or for using in a White Russian.

Our wax sealed bottles!

For our contract distilling, we offer a range of closure methods, bottle options, label options etc.

Wax sealing bottles is one of those. We can also do this in different styles and colours. Using hot wax and dipping the bottles creates a clean, crisp finish. All hand done by our distillery team.

Celebrating the home of our distillery, Dr Eamers’ Black Country Gin has a double hit of Juniper, creating an extra dry Gin and giving it its natural black colour!

Distilled using 9 key botanicals, the gin is then macerated with additional juniper and butterfly pea flower. With notes of pine, floral, citrus, and pepper, our Black Country Gin is perfectly served with an Indian Tonic and a wedge of Lime.

Beautifully bottled in our custom glass and hand painted in house by our distillery team.

Our authentic Copper Pot Stills are the backbone to our handcrafted Spirits.

Through generations of distillation, we can't shake the roots of where it all started and it never fails to ensure consistency in our beautiful spirits!

Our crisp, refreshing, award winning London Dry Gin is a juniper rich, citrus forward and herbaceous with additional dimensions and depth.

A Superior smoothness and simply blended with Spring Water to retain the full essence of the Botanicals, leading to a wonderful louche or clouding of the spirit when cooled or mixed.

Our authentic Copper Pot Stills are the backbone to our beautiful handcrafted Spirits.

We use only Copper in our Distillation equipment for two reasons:
1. It allows for a better distribution of heat
2. It removes Sulphides, which are what help give you a bad head. During our Distillation we take 5 cuts, cuts 1 and 5 don't make our final spirit and cuts 2-4 are blended together to ensure consistency between batches

From making and bottling, to closing and labelling, our production processes can vary depending on the Spirit.

Whether it’s filling a large batch of bottles with our bottling machine or hand filling them with funnels and jugs, we ensure every bottle has the same levels and amount of liquid across them all for consistency.

From wooden corks to screw top closures, there are many ways to perfectly finish off a beautiful bottle.

To top this off, we like to add wax sealing, shrink capsules, or tamper seal stickers. For these we used wooden corks and black wax sealing.

All processes of our production can differ and change but no matter the journey, the finished result is always a gorgeous bottling and delicious spirit!!

Our Copper Pot Stills have all held and produced our handcrafted Spirits that you can get your hands on and into your own homes! But how?

We start by selecting the best quality natural ingredients and Botanicals and letting our ripe Juniper Berries and aromatic Coriander seeds macerate in our spirit for 24 hours. We then add our blend of highlight Botanicals; this changes based on which recipe we are making but include: Fresh Citrus Fruits, Fresh Berries, Lemon Thyme, Lavender, Angelica, Liquorice Root, Cinnamon and Bramley Apple just to name a few.

Due to the full essence of the Botanical oils produced you will see subtle pearlescence, "Louche" or clouding of the liquid when Ice or a Mixer is added.

Our Stills are a traditional Copper Alembic still. We distil on a low open flame to ensure a gradual even heating of the spirit. We even seal our Still with a bread mixture made from Rye Flour, which is the traditional method and ensures only natural products are used throughout.
