We are back again today at the boat show, we wish we had a boat with the Dr on but TJ will be with you in our caravan serving you cocktails and spirits until 5pm we cant wait to see you all!

Its the 40th anniversary of the black country boat show and we are of course back for another amazing year! This year we have TJ and Fiona rocking out the cocktails so come on down and see them and drink some delicious drinks.

We always love to showcase our beautiful custom glass and hand painted bottles, but what about the finishing touch, our closures?

These custom closures have our logo delicately foiled in gold. With a mahogany finish, these closures give our stunning bottles the perfect final touch.

How do we paint our beautiful custom glass? 🎨

Every single bottle is hand painted using Alkyd Paint. This is a fast drying paint but with a consistency of Oil Paint, allowing us to achieve an oil painted look and texture, without the drying time.

The technique behind our painted bottles is achieved using a sponge. The mixture of using the sponge and the consistency of the Alkyd paint allows us to achieve the stringy and dotted look that we achieve.

Each handcrafted spirit has its own colour palette, these colours have been chosen carefully to portray the flavour profiles within the spirit. This allows us to give an idea of the flavours that drinkers will experience before they even open the bottle.

As well as this, the bottles being hand painted means that we achieve a unique finish on every single bottle, no two bottles will ever be exactly the same.

Our Copper Pot Stills have all held and produced our handcrafted Spirits that you can get your hands on and into your own homes. But how?

We start by selecting the best quality natural ingredients and Botanicals and letting our ripe Juniper Berries and aromatic Coriander seeds macerated in our spirit for 24 hours. We then add our blend of highlight Botanicals; this changes based on which recipe we are making but include: Fresh Citrus Fruits, Fresh Berries, Lemon Thyme, Lavender, Angelica, Liquorice Root, Cinnamon and Bramley Apple just to name a few.

Due to the full essence of the Botanical oils produced you will see subtle pearlescence, "Louche" or clouding of the liquid when Ice or a Mixer is added.

Our Stills are a traditional Copper Alembic still. We distil on a low open flame to ensure a gradual even heating of the spirit. We even seal our Still with a bread mixture made from Rye Flour, which is the traditional method and ensures only natural products are used throughout.

Our authentic Copper Pot Stills are the backbone to our handcrafted Spirits.

We use only Copper in our Distillation equipment for two reasons:
1. It allows for a better distribution of heat
2. It removes Sulphides, which are what help give you a bad head. During our Distillation we take 5 cuts, cuts 1 and 5 don't make our final spirit and cuts 2-4 are blended together to ensure consistency between batches

Through generations of distillation, we can't shake the roots of where it all started and it never fails to ensure consistency in our beautiful spirits!

Our Values have always been to create the best products we can in a truly handcrafted method, using the best ingredients that we can. To ensure our whole team from the Distillery Team to the Bar Teams understand the process of distillation and all have the opportunity to distil our Spirits first hand with our founder, to better appreciate the craft. Fancy a G&T but don't want the high percentage of alcohol along with it? We have just the thing!

Our Dr Eamers' Gin Drops are a super concentrated high strength Gin, designed to be enjoyed as a Low ABV Alternative.

Just use its graduated pipette to serve up just 2.5ml and mix with 150ml of your preferred mixer for the same flavour as a normal Single measure but at only 1%vol and 10kcals.

For the same flavour profile as a Double G&T simply use 5ml of Gin Drops. This is an unmissable product!
