We’re delighted to welcome Taran “Taz” to The Canary family as our lead mixologist. With 15 years of experience creating cocktail and w**e menus across the globe, most recently at award-winning venues in Melbourne, Taz brings a wealth of knowledge and a serious way around the shaker.

We’re starting with some classics you know and love, with plenty more to come as Taz puts his mark on the menu.

The team is trained. The stock is ready.
