Seeing myself featured in the local newspaper for winning Manager of the Year is an incredibly proud moment and something I’m truly grateful for.
However, this achievement isn’t mine alone. It belongs just as much to the whole Archers team, past and present, who have supported me along the way. Without them, none of this would be possible.
A special mention to Steve and Gordon, who have worked incredibly hard to move our kitchen in the right direction. The quality and volume of food we produce is a real credit to you both.
To Sarah, my Assistant Manager, your dedication, hard work and continued support are second to none. I genuinely couldn’t ask for anyone better by my side.
And finally, to every member of the Archers team, thank you for your continued commitment to delivering great customer service and maintaining the standards we pride ourselves on. Proud of what we’ve achieved together, and even prouder to be part of Team Archers.
