🎉 We are 2 of just 100 people taking part in The Mayor’s Walk to Remember 💚
This isn’t just a walk. It’s about remembering those we’ve lost to su***de, supporting the people and families left behind, and helping to prevent more lives being lost.
The event is organised by the Stronger Together Project, bringing people across Medway together to raise awareness, start conversations around su***de and mental health, and remind people that support and connection are there when they need it.
💚 Every penny raised goes directly to Legend on the Bench, a su***de-prevention charity that creates dedicated benches in local communities. The benches provide a place to sit, reflect and remember, while also signposting people who may be struggling towards support.

🏁 Then come and meet us at the finish line! From 1pm at Cliffe Woods Community Centre & Social Club, there’ll be a free community celebration with live music, food, stalls, family activities and a special bench reveal.
