Well… that’s all folks! ❤️
After 25 years and 5 months, we have finally closed the doors of The Cedar Tree for the very last time.
What a journey it’s been…
2 restaurants, 1 marriage, 1 divorce, 2 amazing children, 1 recession, Covid… and we survived them all! 😂❤️
And I can genuinely say, I’ve loved every minute of it.
Andrew and I would like to thank each and every one of you who has walked through our doors and supported us over all these years.
Hand on heart, we have been blessed with the loveliest customers we could ever have wished for. So many of you became much more than customers — you became friends. You’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, christenings, Christmases and countless special occasions with us, and it’s been an absolute privilege to be a small part of so many of your lives.
Thank you for the laughs, the conversations, the loyalty and the memories. You have made my job an absolute pleasure and I will miss seeing so many familiar faces. ❤️
But now it’s time for new beginnings and new adventures for both of us, and we’re genuinely excited to see what the next chapter brings.
As for me… after 25 years in hospitality, I’m definitely looking forward to actually spending Christmas with my children and family — I think I’ve earned that one! 😂🎄🥂
So, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for an incredible 25 years.
The doors may have closed, but the memories will stay with us forever.
