This week we've celebrated and said goodbye to our nursing student, Solange, who was with us for 10 weeks. Thank you Solange and good luck with the rest of your degree! 👍

Over the last few weeks, we have been doing some gardening to brighten up our communal gardens! The team are doing a great job and has so far planted lemon, basil, lavender, rosemary, blueberries, thyme, chives are more! We hope to use some of the herbs we are growing in the future in our cooking groups! 🫐🍀🪴🌷

- We have had 6 weeks of sunshine, but the day we planned our picnic, it rained! That didn't dampen our spirits, though, and we had a great afternoon together for an "indoor picnic" and quiz! 🥳🍞🧁Thank you to everyone who came along!

Last week we celebrated a couple of tenants birthdays.
We celebrated 'D's' with him at the Badminton group- an activity he has attended for over 10 years! 🥳

- We're very proud of *M* who has recently made a big health change.

To celebrate, yesterday he went to Blackpool with his best friend *S*

They thoroughly enjoyed their trip to the seaside, which of course included a walk down the beach, ince-cream and fish and chips! 🎡🏖️

We are doing a Sponsored Walk in September around Hollingworth Lake.
