IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

So I started off this journey as a partnership and I am leaving on my own. As of March myself and Connie-may will no longer be living at the poet and we are starting (what we have called) is a normal life 🤣. This hasn't been an easy decision for myself but it really is the right one for my family at this time.
I do have to thank Jim as we wouldn't have been able to move here without his input and make the Poet what it is today. Moving to Codnor has given me lots and lots of new friends and I can assure u all myself and Connie-may are staying in the area. The only thing that will change is I won't be running the poet...
Just means I will have to time to come and see you all and have a drink.
There are lots of people I wanted to tell face to face but my staff were priority and I just can't get round to u all so for that I apologise u are having to read it on here (I thought it was the easiest way)
I want to thank each and everyone of you for making me and my family so very very welcome in a village that we can now call home.
To all my amazing staff past and present again without you it wouldn't have been possible to even get to where we are now. The past few months have been extremely difficult for a number of reasons but you have all been there every step of the way.
Please be advised when I leave everything will continue as it is. All bookings for functions and bands will be honoured and I want you to welcome the new owners with open arms as you did myself and family.
This isn't goodbye this is just see ya later....u can't get rid of me that easily 🤣
Now who is arranging the leaving party....🤔🤔🤔
