'The Nest' isn't a baby group: it's a community that’s unapologetically here for you to make your mat leave better.

No bubbles, no puppets, no jazz hands. Just the time and space to:

πŸ’¬Talk to other other new parents that get what its like (& make friends!)
πŸ‘Share your stories, your frustrations, your questions (& get some answers too!)
πŸŽ‰Celebrate the wins with a homebaked flapjack & a coffee (& take a moment to breathe!)

What does it feel like to come to a session?

I'm a doula; my whole existance is dedicated to helping you navigate pregnancy, birth and postpartum positively.

Not just in one piece.
Not in survival mode.

But thriving, confident and strong.

If you've got this far, it's probably time to follow me β™₯️

The word 'support' is annoyingly vague; here's I REALLY do to make birth better for my clients.

Its no small thing.
Its no easy thing.
Its no quick thing.

Providing this kind of back up and motivation for families navigating pregnancy, birth and postpartum takes hours of relationship building, understanding and availability.

It's about being the person who is ALWAYS there.
Who is ALWAYS on their side.
For EVERY eventuality.

I don't work to a rota, or for an organisation.
I am there for my families, to be the steadying force that keeps them grounded and calm through the most powerful of journeys.

All so that they can come out the other side, beaming with pride in themselves and all they have achieved.

It's not an easy job, but its a total honour and I wouldn't swap it for the world.

Pregnancy is like a limbo: you live in an ever growing phase between what was and what's yet to come.

There's no knowing where you'll end up.
There's no knowing what next year, the year after or the decade after will look like.

And that can feel scary.
And that can feel exciting.
Perhaps both.

The way to make this good isn't about controlling or predicting it. It's about surrendering to the future, learning to trust yourself and your instincts.

That's what makes the unknown feel manageable.
As a doula that's what I help you to achieve.

⭐ MUMS SUPPORTING MUMS ⭐

My heart is so full: our first community funded Nest spaces have just been claimed. While this mama will absolutely stay anonymous, it's so incredible to see what an impact these spaces are and will have for her.

Funded Nest spaces are free spaces generated by donations from Nesters as they book their spaces. They're aimed at supporting parents who would otherwise find it hard to come to The Nest, have a place at our mat.

If you'd like to know when more of these spaces becomes available, DM me.

You'll stay anonymous to everyone but me πŸ™‚

⭐ A DIFFERENT KIND OF DOULA ⭐

You'd be forgiven if you thought I didn't look like a doula.

I absolutely do not fit the stereotype.

Less crystals and incense; more 6am sweaty workouts and cheesecake.
Less woo-woo; more rational, reasonable logic.
Less rebellion; more listening.

But here's the thing: the doula stereotype is massively unjust.
Every single doula is different. Our personalities, our strengths and the support we offer are as individual as the families we work with.

And with me that means having someone who:

πŸ’ͺ Believes wholly, and completely, in you & your ability to do this.

πŸ’ͺ Creates the steadiness that comes from experience, knowledge and trust.

πŸ’ͺ Releases the overwhelm & brings in the calm.

πŸ’ͺ Takes the complicated thing and makes it make sense.

πŸ’ͺ Holds you steady through the peaks and troughs.

πŸ’ͺ Leaves the ego at the door: this is your moment, and it's all about you.

πŸ’ͺ Knows when to listen, to explain, to hold your hand and to crack a joke.

And not just during your labour.
During your antenatal classes.
During the postpartum chaos.
For all of it.

Think I might be the one for you? It's time we talked.

⭐FULLY FUNDED NEST SPACES ⭐

The Nest is a community & Nesters have the opportunity to donate when they buy tickets to allow people, who'd otherwise struggle to come, to find a space at our mat.

This month we have at least four totally free spaces available for new parents who'd otherwise not be able to come, to grab a Nest ticket.

Spaces will be offered up on a week by week basis and will be done on a first come, first served basis.

Want to go on the contact list? Send me a DM β™₯️ (don't worry, you'll stay anonymous to everyone other than me)

Postpartum care isn't crystals, candles and cuddles. Well, not my type. πŸ˜‰

You're tired.
You're emotional.
Your whole life has been turned upside down.

Your postpartum doula's job is to ease the load. For me, that looks like this. (And the reassurance of having someone you can chat with, rant to and ask absolutely anything, without judgement.)

It's not about fuss or faff.
It's not about being bougie.

It's about care. Giving you what you need to thrive, not just survive.

Commonplace? No.
Essential? Absolutely.

My postpartum doula packages are designed to support families through the fourth trimester (those first 12 weeks).

If you're expecting a baby and want this kind of support, drop me a DM and we'll have a chat.

⭐ BUMP CLUB ⭐
Can I tell you a secret?

Never, in a million years, did I think Bump Club would still be here. And yet...

Bump Club started in July 2023. That first slide? That's the very first one. Those mamas have fully fledged not-toddlers now.

My mission at the start was simple: I liked brunch, needed some me time and I wanted to meet and talk to pregnant people while I got my head in the doula game.

Part market research.
Part delicious Saturday morning escape from my own children.
A few months, tops, I thought. Then interest would fade.

But people kept coming.

And during the brief interlude when I stopped, people wanted to know when it was coming back.

Because spaces like this matter.
Places where pregnant people don't just congregate, but talk, share, question and find solidarity.

There's nothing performative or pressured here. Just a coffee, in a space that feels right, with a bunch of strangers who are all doing the brave thing by showing up.

And here's the crazy part.
In over three years, there's never been tumbleweed silence.

Not once.

You're here because you WANT to talk about your pregnancy.
You want to meet other mums-to-be.
You want to hear how they're feeling.
You want to share your own questions, worries and excitement with people who actually get it.

And so someone asks:

"When are you due?"
"Is this your first?"
"How are you feeling?"

And you can almost feel the collective sigh of relief.

There's common ground. Something to say. A way in.

You relax.
You talk.
You laugh.

And what started as a Saturday morning break from the grind of life becomes something more.

A reminder that life is easier when you're around people who get it.
A reminder that you don't have to wait until your baby arrives to find them.

You can start now.

Bump Club is a monthly free-to-attend pregnancy social at .

We welcome all pregnant folk to our table, but spaces are limited to keep the friendly vibes going: grab your space before they go. (link in bio)

Preparing for birth is about more than ticking boxes; how you feel matters.

Everything from the questions, to the light bulb moments rely on you feeling relaxed; the more open, comfortable and safe you feel, the more you can dig deep and find the confidence and sense of control that'll make this adventure smoother.

That's why I do antenatal differently.

Only 1:1 with you guys, in your home.
Sessions guided by you & your needs.
Support that extends beyond our time together.

Experience has taught me that this is where the magic happens.
That's why every antenatal family gets it, whether you book a single session or a full six session course.

Sounds good right.
DM me with your due date and what you're most interested in, and we'll get started!
