What a brilliant time at Heart of Worcestershire College Freshers Fair!

We had a fantastic time meeting so many students and chatting to them about Redditch BID, what we do for the town centre and some of the events and activities we organise throughout the year.

It was lovely to see so much interest in what we do, especially from students asking how they could get involved and support us.

We had some really positive conversations and hopefully we’ll see a few familiar faces getting involved with us in the future!

A huge thank you to HoW College for inviting us along, and to everyone who stopped by our stand to say hello and have a chat.

💙 Redditch has a story worth celebrating.

From our world famous needle making heritage and the iconic Royal Enfield story, to historic buildings, public art and the people who have helped shape our town, Redditch has a heritage we should be incredibly proud of.

This September, Redditch Heritage Open Days 2026 gives everyone the chance to explore more of that story.

Taking place from Friday 11th to Sunday 20th September, there is a packed programme across the town including heritage walks, museum events, St Stephen’s Church tower tours, the Paolozzi Mosaics, genealogy, Forge Mill and plenty more.

There is so much history right here on our doorstep, and sometimes it takes an event like this to remind us just how much Redditch has to be proud of. ❤️

🤼 No need to wrestle with your weekend plans… Redditch is ready to rumble! 💥

Full Force Wrestling is bringing an action packed night of LIVE wrestling to Redditch Town Centre on Saturday 12th September.

Expect big personalities, high energy and plenty of ringside action, with a special appearance from former WWE Superstar Brian Kendrick. 👀

And the best bit? It’s suitable for all ages, so wrestling fans young and old can get in on the action.

🎄✨ 911 have a message for Redditch… ✨🎄

The countdown to the Redditch Christmas Light Switch On is officially on, and we cannot wait to welcome 911 to the town centre on Saturday 28th November! 🎶

As well as taking to the stage later in the evening, there will also be a chance to meet 911 in person at their FREE Meet & Greet from 4pm to 5pm. 📸

Expect live entertainment, festive fun and a brilliant atmosphere as we come together to Light Up Redditch for Christmas. 🎅🎄

We’re really pleased to announce that The FTD Brothers - Jordan Adams will be joining us as a special guest speaker at the Redditch Business Awards

Jordan and his brother Cian probably need very little introduction here in Redditch. Their incredible fundraising challenges and work raising awareness of frontotemporal dementia (FTD) have seen their story reach far beyond the town.

As two Redditch lads who have gone on to make such an impact, we really wanted the FTD Brothers to be part of this year’s Awards.

On Saturday 26th September, Jordan will take to the stage at The Palace Theatre Redditch to share their story and journey in his own words.

It’ll be something a little different for this year’s Awards, and we’re really pleased to have Jordan as part of the evening. ❤️
