Last week on our break and dish raffle little Stevie Sullivan was a winner.

He potted 5 balls and came away with a £35 prize.

Back on sale this evening for pickets are £1 each minimum buy is 3 pounds pickets no maximum. Pots starting at £79 plus whatever is taken tonight

Simple rules

The total pot is divided by 15 to work out how much each ball is worth

You pot on the break you carry on. Every ball you pot builds up your prize fund

Same rules as pool after pot on break it’s open table. Next colour you pot you ate. Pot all your colour move onto the next colour then the black last!

The Sunday Darts ranking series finished last night with the finals night.

Ryan Garnon won the league table and picked up a bonus £100

Stevie Sullivan beat wild card Adam Robinson 5-3 with young adam hitting a 180, sully had a 135 out.

Gary Robinson got an education from the teacher wildcard Aiden Proudman 5-1

Owen Wilkinson popped a 180 in during his victory over Scott MacKenzie

Josh Barker bopped Frankie Sharples 5-3

Gareth Webber hit a 180 in his 5-1 victory over Henry MacKenzie

Nathan Oakley beat Ethan Peacock 5-2

Chris Powlay beat Michael Hanford by the same score.

Harrison and Chris went to 3-3 before the youngster pulled through winning 5-3

The Teacher Aiden beat Filip 5-1 with a 109 check out

Karl Beauchamp went down 2-5 to Stevie Sullivan

Battle of dad and lad Bobby Webber went up against Gareth Webber. Went to the last leg with dad finally getting one over Bob winning 5-4

Final four

Ryan and harrison went up against each other with Harrison holding his own till Ryan kicked on winning 5-2

Anthony and Gareth went along the same lines Gareth victorious 5-2

Gareth and Ryan went back and forth, 3-2 Ryan became 3-2. Scores were flying in, but something had to give. And it was Gareth's doubles. Ryan capitalising and taking victory 5-3 overall.

So it’s nearly time.

Michael is leaving us. Moving to Middlesbrough for university and whilst we wish him all the best we most certainly will miss him.

He has become an integral part of our team.

And we are having a night to celebrate him.

Saturday 12th September we are having a music quiz followed by some karaoke! Because we know Michael loves his abba and Metallica!

What a weekend!

On Friday and Saturday we played host to the IX Legion MCC's Redcar Blast bike Rally who did an amazing job of trying to drink us dry!

People from all over the country enjoying company and brilliant bands.

They even raised and donated £2,000 for the Great North East Air Ambulance. Well done to all involved.

Then today we hosted the Tea Ladies family fun day raising money for the maggie may's memorial play park. They raised £1,645+ and should be very proud of themselves, uniting the community along with our ladies of steel for a fantastic event.

We are open tomorrow from 3pm with darts tomorrow evening, the whites vs the hop and the oranges in the dormo darby vs the limes. The yellows are away at marske.

Football on as usual, great priced drinks and plenty of socialising.
