Every Sunday we bring you some incredible live music from local artists. Now with the side doors opened, you can enjoy this while also basking in this glorious weather!

Sundays 5-7pm is the build up to your wind down with us. A few cocktails, beers or glasses of exquisite vino and you’re ready to chill! Soft drinks are of course an option and we have a lovely range of 0-0.5% booze too!

Did anyone feel that today?

It felt like… warmth!! The sun shone and outside suddenly felt like the best place to be. Luckily, we have outside seating and you can even order from the table qr codes so you don’t lose prime position to people watch and soak up that Vit D.

A few more degrees warmer and we will be throwing those side bifolds open and getting our summer vibes on!

The weekend approaches and that means it’s nearly time to unwind - you deserve it.

Looking for that midweek/early weekend chill out moment? We have the amazing and .turner.79 with us this evening for our wonderful Jazz Night from 7-9pm. No booking needed - simply come in, grab a seat and some wine and enjoy. Cheeseboards will be available to really make a night of it.

Our first official DnD night is tomorrow night during games night and we have two tables available for some epic One-Shot games for anyone looking to get involved!

Whether you’ve played before or you’re coming in new, we welcome you into the party with open arms.

is a fantastic roleplaying tabletop game where your Dungeon Master (DM) guides you through challenges using storytelling and imagination. You and your party will work together using the character sheet in front of you to complete the quest and claim glory!

If you are interested in joining us tomorrow, please give us a heads up with a little message. It would be great to have an idea on numbers as it’s our first day.

This is such a fantastic game and new friends will absolutely be found along the way.

We stepped back last week and let .works take over.

Caroline and Liz were behind the bar all evening - making cocktails, serving customers, barely wasting a drop. Naturals, both of them.

We turned runner for the night and honestly, we wouldn’t have had it any other way. Watching someone else bring their energy into your space and absolutely own it is a brilliant thing.

And the room was packed. People came out purely to support something made by the local community, for the local community. That doesn’t happen by accident - it happens because Caversham genuinely cares, and that means everything to us.

Nights like this are why we love what we do.
Small businesses are better together. When we share space, share ideas, and back each other properly - everyone wins. There’s no competition here, just a bunch of people who love this corner of Reading and want to see it thrive.

Last week was proof of that.
