Fancy a midweek run and a social afterwards?

📍 Meet: The Swan, Three Mile Cross
⏰ Meet at 6:45pm | Run starts at 7:00pm
🏃 Distance: 5K
🎽 All abilities welcome – whether you’re chasing a PB or just jogging round, everyone is encouraged to join.

The route starts and finishes at The Swan, and as a bonus, The Swan is offering a FREE half pint to everyone who takes part! 🍺

No pressure, no timing, no judgement – just a friendly run with great company.

⚽ England kick off at 9pm, so feel free to wear your football shirt for the run and stay afterwards to watch the game with us.
