A massive HAPPY 21ST BIRTHDAY to our Little Ballard! 🥳🎉🍾

It’s honestly been an absolute pleasure watching you grow into the young woman you are today. You’ve become a massive part of The Goodies family, and although we might wind each other up from time to time, we wouldn’t change you for the world.

You work hard, you make us laugh, you keep us all on our toes and you bring your own special bit of chaos wherever you go! 😂 But underneath all of that, you’ve got a genuinely good heart, and we’re incredibly proud of you.

Turning 21 is a huge milestone, so make sure you enjoy every single minute of it. Make some brilliant memories, have a few drinks, let your hair down and celebrate properly—you only turn 21 once! 🥂🍾

🏃‍♂️🍺 RIGHT THEN… APPARENTLY WE’RE A RUNNING CLUB NOW! 😂 🍺🏃‍♀️

Yep… you read that correctly.

Starting TUESDAY 8TH SEPTEMBER we’re launching our very own RUN & CHAT! 🙌

Before anyone starts panicking… 😂

❌ You don’t need to be Mo Farah
❌ You don’t need to own £200 running shoes
❌ You don’t need to run the whole way
❌ And absolutely NOBODY IS GETTING LEFT BEHIND!

The plan is very simple…

⏰ Meet at the pub at 6:30pm
🏃‍♂️ Head out for around 35–45 minutes
🐢 We go at the pace of the slowest person
🚶 Walk when you need to
😂 Probably question why you agreed to it halfway round
🍺 Then get back to the pub for the bit we’re all actually interested in…

REHYDRATION & FOOD! 😂🍻🍔

And because we’re not completely evil…
