Huge congratulations to Jack on passing all of his exams!

Since joining The Calleva in 2023 as a kitchen porter, Jack has shown incredible dedication, working tirelessly both in the kitchen and on his studies — and it’s all paid off.

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce his new role as Junior Sous, where he’ll be working alongside our current Sous Chef and new Head Chef.
