If I could transfer my pain to my GP for a week, THEN, then it would be addressed properly. I have spent today in a haze of arthritic agony which it seemed nothing could ease for long.
It has nothing to do with exercise, weight or supplements. As soon as the sun begins to believe winter is coming, my bones start to sing, and no amount of ibuprofen, msm, cbd or capsaicin stops it for long. So to all my sisters with singing bones, 🦴, I stand( sort of) with you. Blessings!

Soooo… by now you may have noticed that we at The Great Tree will NOT be holding our Hallows Eve Grotto. This is because many of my friends, who helped me organise, have either been struck by illness or have moved away from Ramsgate, emotionally or otherwise. But we will be about for Trick or Treaters, giving out the candy and mebbie a trick or two. See you next year! X###x
