Rachel O’Sullivan is back in the kitchen, cooking up a proper autumnal taverna feast inspired by her recent trip to Naxos, and she’s bringing back a suitcase full of treats.
One of the dishes will feature a rare native split pea known as ‘The Gold of Schinoussa’. The menu is still coming together and we’ll share it soon, but as ever with Rach’s food, expect rich, earthy, rustic & incredibly tasty plates.
We’re going Greek on the w**e list too, with some brilliant artisanal bottles lined up for the night.
