The final league match of the season saw the crown exiles play the crown jewels in a tightly fought game from which the exiles came out on top. I would like to say thank you to both teams for their continued support throughout this season, its been a pleasure....except for having to put up with Gary Witcombe

As Saturday approaches we see the reopening of our pubs.
The Crown Inn welcomes back customers old and new with what will be a very different pub way of life. We, like all pubs, aim to make the environment for your visit and staff as safe as possible for this 'new norm'...complying with the current government guidelines. These include table spacing, social distancing, safety instructions, outside seating antibac gel stations and more.
Come along to the Crown and enjoy a beer or two in safe surroundings and if the weathers nice bring a blanket and enjoy our garden,

Good morning crown inn customers.
I know and fully appreciate the NHS posts and government instructions saying everyone please say home.
I just want to stay the pub is still open for business, with restricted hours .
I continue to be strict with health and safety regulations, running with no staff and maintain all of the following-
Cleaning of surfaces, general pub cleanliness, new clean sanitised glassware at all times, encourage regular hand cleaning ( instructions on entry) and all other distance between people / hand contact etc.

It's great to see you, if I do , keep safe
