Absolutely blown away to be able to say that The Three Horseshoes, Letchmore Heath has been named Hertfordshire's Best Pub & Bar at the National Pub & Bar Awards 2026. 🏆🍻

What makes this so special is that awards like this are never won by one person. They are won by teams.

We are incredibly proud of every single member of the Three Horseshoes family. The chefs, front of house team, kitchen porters, managers and everyone who turns up each day, works hard, supports one another and genuinely cares about creating something special for our guests.

Hospitality can be tough at times, but this team has shown exactly what can be achieved when people stick together and pull in the same direction.

A huge thank you also goes to our wonderful guests and the local community. Your support, loyalty and trust mean the world to us. Whether you've joined us for a pint at the bar, a Sunday roast with family, a celebration, or simply made us part of your week, you've helped shape what The Three Horseshoes is today.

The wonderful, yet all too brief asparagus season is here, and as always we’re at the mercy of these tasty spears, now found on our specials boards served with hollandaise and a soft poached egg, a glass of province wouldn’t be out of place either

English asparagus has officially landed at the Three Horseshoes 🌿🍳
One of the true signs that spring has arrived, and as always, the season is far too short… so don’t miss it while it’s here.
This year we’re proudly serving beautiful English asparagus from the brilliant growers at Barfoots⁠� — known for producing some of the finest asparagus in the country, picked at its absolute best during the short British season.
Find it on our specials board this week, served simply with rich hollandaise, a perfectly soft-poached egg and all the Peachy springtime goodness you could ask for. Pair it with a crisp glass of white wine and you’re winning already. ✨
