From farmhouse to The Blacksmiths Arms 🍺

Before it became the pub we know today, The Blacksmiths Arms began life as a farmhouse, gradually evolving into an alehouse between 1861 and 1876.

Then, in 1892, Mrs Harriet Barnett took over the licence and The Blacksmiths Arms was born. Just across the road stood the village’s working smithy, helping give the pub the name it still carries today.

A little piece of Quorn history that’s been part of the village for well over a century.
