Save the 21 Royal Lime Trees Public Meeting

As you may already be aware from the existing group page and from the recent LEP article, we are hosting a public meeting tonight from 7pm.

Ribble Valley MP Maya Ellis will chair the meeting and there will be a representative of the Environment Agency on the panel too.

Walton-le-Dale councillor Peter Mullineaux will be on the panel and fellow councillor Jasmine Gleave will also be attending. There will be further guest speakers and then a Q & A session.

Councillors from Preston, Bamber Bridge and elsewhere will also be attending together with local and regional media.

Whilst the meeting will be held in the main dining room area and space will be limited we will be playing the audio through the speakers throughout the pub.

This is an important event for anyone against the cutting down of the trees and is likely to very well attended.

We will be keeping the kitchen open to our usual hours of 8pm and the pub will remain open as usual throughout the evening till 10.30pm but just be aware it may well be busier than usual for a Monday Night!
