โจsupervisor positionโจ
We are looking for a organised and reliable supervisor that leads daily floor operations, supports and trains team members and ensures fast, friendly service while keeping high expectations of the club.
โจThe role includes:โจ
โขOpening and closing of the bar and premises
โขManage shift handovers, and keep things running smoothly during busy times.
โขGuide, train, and support staff.
โขGreet guests, handle queries or complaints with a positive attitude.
โขSet a high standard for service.
โขFollow licensing laws, hygiene rules, and health and safety policies at all times.
โขManage cash and the tills
โขComplete accurate cashing-up reports at the end of a shift.
