Evenin' pop pickers! Thanks again to Luis and Alex and Kuluress, looking forward to having you back with us!

We have a jam-packed one for you this weekend.

Friday, we have the Raven debut of Stephen Lockhart, playing acoustic covers of modern and classic tunes at 8:30pm.

Saturday sees the return of our local hero, Northern Monkey at 9pm.

Sunday, we start off smooth with Colin Thomas playing some beautiful chillout guitar tunes at 1pm.

Then...we ramp things up tenfold with Mickey Moonshine and his famous vinyl soul set from 4pm.

We've got an absolutely packed week ahead at The Raven Bar, with something happening almost every night!

📚 Book Club with a special visit from author Manus Sheridan

🎲 Casual Board Games Night with brand new games added to the collection

🎸 Live Music Friday from the fantastic Stephen Lockhart

🎵 Saturday Night Live Music with Northern Monkey, bringing a lively mix of Ska, Punk and New Wave classics

☀️ Sunday Sessions featuring chilled acoustic guitar from 2pm, followed by the legendary Mickey Moonshine spinning Soul & Motown vinyl favourites from 4pm

All set against the backdrop of The Raven's unique atmosphere, handcrafted cocktails, carefully selected craft ales, great coffee, delicious charcuterie boards and homemade cakes.

Whether you're joining us for a quiet coffee, a catch-up with friends, a dance floor moment, or simply a few drinks in good company, we'd love to see you this week.

Back by popular demand, DJ Mickey Moonshine returns to The Raven Bar on Sunday 7th June from 4pm!

Bringing the very best of Motown, Soul and Northern Soul, Mickey's Sunday sessions have become one of the highlights of the month, with a buzzing atmosphere, packed dance floor and plenty of singalong classics.

Every event seems busier than the last, so arrive early, secure your spot and get ready for an afternoon of timeless tunes, great company and plenty of dancing.

Well that was a smashing triple header of a bank holiday. Big thanks to Steve Ricard, Midnight lights and Craig Beal.

This Friday, The Raven's very own Luis and Alex occupy our stage for some fun and silliness.

Then, on Saturday, female twin pop duo Kulturess return with their soulful harmonies.
