☀️🐾 HOT WEATHER ADVICE FOR DOG OWNERS 🐾☀️

We’ve noticed a few people out walking their dogs today and just wanted to offer some friendly advice during the warmer weather.

Please remember — dogs can’t tell us when they’re too hot, and pavements can quickly become dangerous for their paws. If the ground feels too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for them to walk on.

Hot weather can cause:
🐶 Burnt paws
🐶 Dehydration
🐶 Heatstroke — which can become serious very quickly

To help keep your furry friends safe:
💧 Always bring water
🌳 Walk in shaded areas
⏰ Go out early morning or later in the evening
🏠 Skip the walk if it’s simply too hot
🚗 Never leave dogs in parked cars

A missed walk is far better than a medical emergency. Let’s all help keep our four-legged friends safe and comfortable during the heat ☀️❤️
