Bring your finished masterpiece back to the pub in time for judging on Saturday evening. We'll be displaying the entries around the pub too!

We know, we know… it's not even Halloween yet!

But for those of you already planning your Christmas get-togethers, our festive menu is now available to view on the website.

Available 3rd–23rd December (Monday to Saturday) for pre-booked tables of 8 or more, with two courses for £35 or three for £40 per person.

Pre-orders are required, so get in touch if you're planning a Christmas meal with friends, family or work colleagues.

Our new Winter Menu is here!

We've got plenty of new dishes to try alongside some familiar favourites at The Royal Oak.

From pulled beef shin tacos and Korean chicken flatbread to sea bass with Parmesan orzo, homemade-style pub classics and warming winter favourites, there's something for everyone.

We've also got lighter lunch options available Monday to Friday, plus three starters for £23 during the week.

Our Pumpkin Carving Competition is back! 🎃

It's nearly Halloween, which means it's time to get creative with your pumpkins!

Our annual Pumpkin Carving Competition returns next week, and we'd love everyone to get involved.

- Collect your pumpkin from The Royal Oak from Sunday evening, 25th October.
- £2 entry per pumpkin.
- Take it home, get carving and bring your masterpiece back to the pub in time for judging on Halloween evening (Saturday 31st October).

Prize: A meal for two at The Royal Oak!

We'll be displaying the entries around the pub, so whether you're entering or just coming along to admire everyone's creations, make sure you pop in!

And don't forget, we've also got our Halloween Disco on Saturday 31st October, with a DJ, fancy dress and drink specials!

Music Bingo is back!

After the success of our last sold-out night, Tom's Music Bingo is returning to The Royal Oak on Thursday 12th November!

Expect plenty of great music, a few laughs, some friendly competition and prizes to be won.

It's Monday already, which means Village Night is back!

We've got a Chinese-inspired menu for you this evening!

Tonight's menu includes:

Char siu pork, served with chicken chow mein and pak choi.
Or
Char siu hispi cabbage, served with vegetable chow mein and pak choi.

£13.50 per dish

As always, everyone is welcome, whether you're from the village or just fancy joining us for a Monday evening at the pub.
