Join us for breakfast daily from 9am!

Our Signature breakfasts are a winner for every appetite, our big breakfast should definitely set you up for the day!

Locally sourced pork sausage x 2, bacon x 4, free-range eggs, Heinz baked beans, black pudding, slow-roasted tomato, sauteed mushrooms, hash brown, homemade tomato chutney & toast x 2

If it’s something a bit lighter we have a children’s / smaller appetite

It’s a walk-in service only for this week,

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP 🥂

Hi Everyone..
We would like to inform you all that as of last Friday, Thyme Is now operating under New Ownership..
It’s been a whirlwind few days to find our feet and we are just about there.. 😅

We are owner operators currently of The Miller Arms Singleton and we are very much looking forward to taking care of you all to the best of our ability!

Of course, there will be ups and downs over the next couple of weeks as we look to bring in changes which we feel will improve Thyme’s offering so please bear with us as we make the necessary adjustments!

Our first major change will be our Friday pre-drinks party from 4pm-10pm every Friday evening ongoing..
For those who attended our opening evening party last Friday night thanks so much it was a special night!! 😎

Thanks to you all for your ongoing support and we look forward to meeting more and more of you everyday…
