The Buttery

The Buttery The Buttery is the student bar for the Royal Veterinary College located at the Hawkshead Campus. Please visit the events and bookings page for more information.

The bar has been serving staff and students of the university since 1958 and remains the best place to meet and socialise. Since then the bar has gone from strength to strength and features a well equipped, well stocked bar, a working kitchen, sky sports and a powerful sound system. The front room is always open to the general public; however, the large room can be hired for private events. Any RV

C club, society or group is welcome to book the Buttery for any sort of event – big or small. In fact, the Buttery has also been hired out by non-RVC affiliated clubs.
