Southsea Cinema & Arts Centre present…Jurassic Park.

An iconic movie of the 90s, and probably one that inspired our brewery!

The plot: A wealthy entrepreneur secretly creates a theme park featuring living dinosaurs drawn from prehistoric DNA. Before opening day, he invites a team of experts and his two eager grandchildren to experience the park and help calm anxious investors. However, the park is anything but amusing as the security systems go off-line and the dinosaurs escape.

What you need to know

When: June 5 @ 8:00 PM – 10:30 PM*
Where: Outside in the Jurassic car park.

Please note: The location is 18+ so we cannot accept an audience under 18.

*Please note, maybe postponed if the weather is bad.

Hello you wonderful people 🙌

This Friday 29th May and Saturday 30th May, the taproom will be in our upstairs space due to the Rex’s Arms being privately hired - if you have mobility restrictions please bear this in mind when planning your trip as the only access is via stairs.

There’s plenty of freely accessible space in the Jurassic Car Park so there should be room for all, and if the idea of hiring the Rex’s Arms out for your very own shindig/party/”do” sounds appealing then hit us up - [email protected]!

In collaboration with l we’re proud to introduce Raptors In The Kitchen, a gorgeously soft IPA whose dulcet drinkabiltiy defies its dank 6.5% heft. The clatter of the ladle, an eerie turn of the doorhandle; a blast of thick lush hops - there must be Raptors In The Kitchen!

The phreshest, phattest session beer returns - and it’s got a brand new bag (of fruit)! Bouncin’ blueberries & livin’-it-large lime combine in a frankly tart, ultimately sessionable, instantly refreshing berliner gose of tubular proportions. The heat is on - but we’ve kegged the dimmer switch: you’ve been Saved By The Berlinersaur.

Grab a tasteful schooner (or proud pint) of both down at Staggeringly Good this weekend - and be hasty about it as both are limited runs!
