Pink Meridian
What it is: A silky pink-gin sour sharpened with passion fruit liqueur and lime, finished with aromatic bitters.
Spec: 40 ml pink gin, 15 ml passion fruit liqueur, 20 ml lime, 7.5 ml vanilla syrup, 10 ml foamer, 2 dashes bitters
Build: Dry shake, shake with ice, fine strain into a coupe.

Melon Static
What it is: A crisp, saline highball with honeydew melon, white balsamic, and yuzu soda.
Spec: 40 ml vodka, 25 ml Midori, 15 ml clarified lime juice, 5 ml white balsamic, 60 ml yuzu soda
Build: Build in ice-filled highball, top with soda, garnish with cucumber ribbon and shiso.

What it is: A spiced sour with blackcurrant, mezcal, fresh ginger, and honey.
Spec: 35 ml mezcal, 20 ml blackcurrant liqueur, 20 ml lime, 15 ml ginger‑honey syrup, 1 dash Angostura
Build: Shake, fine strain over large cube in rocks glass; garnish with dehydrated lime and pink peppercorn.

What it is: A breezy highball with pink gin, pink grapefruit, rosemary, and a touch of saline.
Spec: 45 ml pink gin, 20 ml clarified strawberry‑grapefruit shrub, 10 ml rosemary syrup, 2 drops saline, 90 ml soda
Build: Build in ice-filled highball, top with soda; garnish with rosemary sprig and grapefruit wheel.

Coconut Wire
What it is: A clarified coconut‑wash rum cocktail with lime, pandan, and a silky texture.
Spec: 50 ml coconut‑fat‑washed white rum, 20 ml clarified lime‑pandan cordial, 10 ml orgeat, 2 drops orange blossom water
Build: Stir, strain into Nick & Nora; garnish with a pandan leaf or lime coin.
