Thank you for using the pram barn .here is our boring legal part . All of our bugaboo donkeys are pre loved ,cleaned ,new parts fitted ,refurbished,therefore deposits taken to secure our donkey builds are non refundable, The pram barn also does not do refunds,but what we do offer for our customers is a whole year of helping you with anything regarding your donkey . Ie.....

# repairs needed
some of these are offered free some will be a small charge for parts depending on the situation . we are here for you throughout your journey with your donkey. These are pre-loved prams and will have minor small hairline scratches . Any more questions please do not hesitate to ask .

All we require is a deposit to book you in , paying it off is easy .

You can pay any amount your comfortable with either weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. You choose.

☀️To book in all we require is a deposit, this saves your date and secures your build.

☀️The deposit comes off balance and a receipt is sent to your email address

☀️You can then pay off your pram when you like how much you like as long as it's being paid off, and completely paid off before your date.
