🍁🍂 AUTUMN HOURS UPDATE!!

As trade naturally becomes quieter heading into autumn and winter, we're making a few sensible tweaks. This will help us remain open for our wonderful local customers for as long as possible - which is far better than us sitting here alone, having meaningful conversations with the bar stools.

🕘 OPENING HOURS
Monday - Thursday: 11am-9pm
Friday - Sunday: 11am-11pm

🍔 FOOD SERVICE
Thursday - Monday: 3pm-8pm
Tuesday - Wednesday: No food service

Please note that we may close earlier on quiet Sunday evenings. If you're planning to visit later on a Sunday, it's always worth checking with us first.

There will be another seasonal update when winter properly rolls in, so keep an eye on our social pages to avoid arriving after closing time and pressing your sad little face against the window.

WHAT HAPPENED TO SUMMER?! ☔

Since the weather has apparently forgotten what month it is, we've created something special to help you cope: meet this week's cocktail special - The Mint Affogato. 🌿☕

Cool, creamy scoops of our Kelly's mint ice cream, drenched in a fresh shot of espresso, Tia Maria, vanilla vodka, then crowned with a glorious swirl of whipped cream.

Is it a cocktail? Is it a dessert? Is it emotional support in a glass? Yes.

Once again only available until Thursday 3rd September.

Come and get stuck in before it disappears.

BEHOLD - The Crispy Tower.

A crispy chicken burger topped with golden hash browns, melty American cheese, fresh lettuce, fiery spicy mayo and smooth classic mayo.

Is it subtle? No.
Is it practical to eat elegantly? Also no.
Is it outrageously crispy, cheesy and delicious? Annoyingly, yes.

Our final summer burger special is available for ONE WEEK ONLY and will be gone after Thursday 3rd September - because all great romances must end before things get complicated.

That sounds dreadful, so we've planned this instead:

FRIDAY - 6PM - MILK & TWO
These two legends are back starting our weekend off.

SATURDAY - HOLY MOLY FESTIVAL - DJ LIGHT ABOVE
The bar is open for everyone as normal!!
The DJ will be keeping things going until late. Start time TBC because mystery is exciting and schedules are oppressive.

SUNDAY - 6PM - THE DOUBLE KEYS

MONDAY - 5PM - TOBY HAFTER-SMITH
Rounding everything off beautifully before Tuesday arrives with its emails, consequences and deeply unnecessary alarm clocks.

What a line up we've got for you this week...

It's ambitious, excessive and absolutely necessary.

WEDNESDAY: Toby Hafter-Smith from 6pm

FRIDAY: The Hooked are back from 6pm. Yes, definitely this time...calendars checked, alarms set and everything 😅

SATURDAY: The Undecided from 4-6pm, followed by massive 90's dance anthems until late. Expect tunes, nostalgia and reminders that your knees are not quite as supple as they used to be.

SUNDAY: Rob Davis from 6pm helping us round off the week.

Yesterday we brought you the buns...today we're bringing the bubbles. 🍔➡️🍹

Our P*rnstar Spritz combines passion fruit liqueur, vanilla vodka, prosecco and passion fruit puree, for a cocktail that's sweet, sparkling and shamelessly moreish.

Don't forget - she's here for a good time, not a long time.

We're a little late announcing this one, but luckily it's delicious enough for you to forgive us 😅

🍔 The Hot Honey Halloumi

We're talking hot honey and chilli grilled halloumi, piled up with crisp lettuce, red onion and tomato, then finished with cooling tzatziki and a cheeky little bit of garlic for good measure.

Available now until Thursday 20th, when our next burger special comes out to play - so don't leave it too late to try.

🎶 Don't forget Antigua Joe will be blessing us with his presence tonight from 6pm!

Apologies again for last night's no show - the band are very sorry and we're hoping to rearrange very soon.
