Calling all Welsh Factor contestants & families, we have two Christmas parties with our Welsh Factor Open Mic Night coming up on Sunday 16th Dec in the Gremlin Club in Carmarthern and on Friday 21st Dec in Thomastown Social Club. The two events are free of charge for anyone who would like to come along, just bring your christmas songs and Christmas jumpers to get into the Christmas spirit. Both nights will be hosted by Alize Adelle, backing tracks are available on the night if you wish to get up and give a song. All details are on the poster.

5. From the Quarter Final stage performances are filmed by Showboat.tv ready for broadcast giving your talent more exposure on social media and the internet. It also is the start of compiling a professional showreel for the potential launch of your professional career.
6. If you need a voice coach and don't have one at present we can recommend one to you in an area near to where you live. There are also other specialist we can refer you to in order to make you an elite performer because you want to be the best don't you? Yes is the word you are looking for!
7. You will be offered opportunities outside the competitions to perform and express your talent and will be invited to take part in many projects.
8. We can introduce you to recording studios where you can gain experience of recording techniques and get a feel for that environment before planning an album to launch your career
9. We can train you in media to conduct interviews and respond to media questions off the cuff because in this business this will happen at some stage or another so it is always better to be prepared
10. The Welsh Factor can help you create a plan for your career. What you want to do. Where you want to be in a certain realistic time frame and what you need to do to get there

There are many people who place poor quality videos on social media and some are talented but they are not ready for such exposure and are advised to wait a while.
